About Christopher Howard, the individual

Christopher is a third generation Maker. His great grandfather worked just off the famous High Street (Royal Mile) in Edinburgh. His grandfather worked in a high class furniture making shop in Canonmills, Edinburgh. The love and art of creating beautiful furniture has been passed down through these generations and Christopher opened his own workshops in 1990. He understands the beauty of wood and how furniture can transform spaces to be cherished for years to come. |

Our services - Design, Build, Install
DESIGN - Our experienced designers will work with you on your project every step of the way. An exciting start to the process! After a design consultation where we take a brief as to what you are looking to achieve with your project, we then go on to create your own personal design, which is presented in full 3D renders, bringing your space to life.

Even if your space forms part of an extension which is yet to be built, we can work from Architect's plans to create your new space in 3D. A powerful tool to allow you to visualise your own unique space and what it can become. Colours and textures can be included to give you a real feel for the room and footprint around the room. |

BUILD - Our workshops are based in East Lothian, just outside Edinburgh. Christopher oversees your project in his workshops from start to finish. His dedicated artisan team work with the finest materials combined with the latest technology to create furniture that is built to last. Beautifully made dovetailed solid timber drawers, in frame cabinetry, curved work - our team cover it all in-house. |

INSTALL - We carry out all our own installations so you can be assured of an installation to the highest level.
