The Everhot Grill is based on an Argentinian asado, making barbequing easy and controllable. The principal behind is slow cooking. To slow cooking down for that perfecting cooked meat, or to keep it warm while guests arrive, simply raise the grill and when needed, drop it back down to finish off. The cooking area is large and so can cope with many cuts of meat or accompaniments at the same time. |
