This handsome cooker has the additional feature of a gentle plate warming oven.
At 100cm width this also offers an ideal replacement for other ranges built to this size.

There are two options available. For those who want the traditional cooking functions of full hot plates opt for the 100+ or if you want the optional feature adding in induction cooking the 100i is the cooker to check out.

EVERHOT 100+

The Everhot 100 has a Cast Iron Hot Plate and a Simmer Plate. The top oven boasts a full width grill and has a maximum temperature of 250 degree C while the bottom oven has a maximum of 180 degree C. In addition there is the added benefit of a warming oven with an approximate temperature of 60 degree C. The higher set ovens are fully controllable and perfect temperature controls for cooking with radiant heat. The warming oven takes its heat from the adjacent oven. Both hot plates are also controllable and there is no heat loss to the ovens when lids are lifted, unlike other range cookers.

100+ For those who wish a full traditional hob cooking, the hob on the model 100+ has an additional simmer plate and requires only one 13 amp supply.

EVERHOT 100i

The 100i has a top oven with a full width grill going to a maximum temperature of 250 degree C. The bottom oven has a maximum temperature of 200 degree C. It also has the added function of a plate warming oven with an approximate temperature of 50 Degree C . It takes its heat from the adjacent oven.

A 2 zone induction hob replaces the simmer oven, sitting neatly below the second lid.
