1 tbsp oil
4 Salmon fillets
Juice from 1 orange
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Salt & Pepper
Mix the garlic, honey, oil, soy sauce with the orange juice and transfer to a plastic bag.
Add the salmon fillets to the bag and leave to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat your Everhot top oven to 200C.
Place the fish, along with marinate, into a baking dish and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked.
Season with salt and pepper.
